The Senior School
Pupils join us at the age of 11, entering Year 7 either from our own Junior School or from other schools. It is also possible for older students to join other year groups if places are available.
We enjoy a strong academic reputation, which is complemented with effective pastoral support and a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Entry to the Senior School is selective; our academic curriculum is designed to cater for the upper 50% of the ability range and the selection criteria is based upon this. We expect all our pupils to take 10 GCSEs before transferring to the Sixth Form at the end of Year 11.
